Uddina Vada / Medu Vade
Uddina Vada / Medu Vade, a vada recipe, prepared by soaked and grind urad dal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilly chopped
- 1 String Curry leaves chopped
- 1/3 cup Coconut chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper corns crushed
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 2 cup Oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash and soak urad dal overnight.
- In a mixing jar add soaked urad dal and 2 to 3 tbsp water.
- Grind to fine paste.
- In a vessel add grind urad dal.
- Beat well, using spoon.
- Now add salt, finely chopped ginger, chopped green chilly, crushed pepper corns, chopped curry leaves, asafoetida, chopped coconut.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil.
- Wet hands, prepare vadas.
- Deep oil fry.
- Cook till golden colour.
- Uddina Vade / Medu Vada is ready to have.
