Tamarind Sweet Chutney
Tamarind sweet Chutney, a tangy sweet chutney for chaats, a blend of tamarind, dates and jaggery.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Tamarind
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 1/2 cup Dates
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Dry Red Chilly
Instructions
- In a pan add water, tamarind, jaggery, dates deseeded.
- Mix.
- Add ginger, dry red chilly.
- Now add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, salt.
- Bring it to boil.
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Let it cool down.
- Add this to mixing jar.
- Grind it fine paste.
- Sieve, add water while sieving.
- Stir.
- Tangy Tamarind Sweet Chutney is ready for chaats.
