Ingredients

  • 3 cups Sprouted Moth Beans
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 strings Curry Leaves
  • 2 big Onion chopped
  • 3 big Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions

  • In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onion.
  • Saute.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, mix well.
  • Add sprouted moth beans.
  • Stir.
  • Close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on high flame.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, mix well, close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
  • Add garam masala powder, stir well.
  • Close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  • Now add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Give a stir.
