ಮೊಳಕೆ ಮಡಕೆ ಕಾಳು ಪಲ್ಯ / Sprouted Moth Beans Palya, sprouted moth beans cooked in onion-tomato seasoning, and dry spice powders.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Sprouted Moth Beans
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3-4 strings Curry Leaves
- 2 big Onion chopped
- 3 big Tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves chopped
Instructions
- In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves.
- Add chopped onion.
- Saute.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, mix well.
- Add sprouted moth beans.
- Stir.
- Close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on high flame.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, mix well, close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
- Add garam masala powder, stir well.
- Close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
- Now add chopped coriander leaves.
- Give a stir.
