Sprouted Green Gram Green Masala Sabji, sprouted green gram cooked in green paste of green chilly+garlic+coriander+cumin seeds.

For Green Masala Paste :

  • 4-5 Green Chilly
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

Other Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Sprouted Green Gram
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 strings Curry Leaves
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder


Green Masala Paste :

  • In a mixing jar add green chilly, garlic, coriander leaves, cumin seeds.
  • Blend it coarse paste, do not add water.

Sabji Preparation :

  • In a kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds, as it starts to splutter, add curry leaves, chopped onion, salt, saute, cook for 1-2 mins on medium flame.
  • Add sprouted green gram.
  • Stir well, add 1/2 cup of water, close the lid and cook for 5 mins on high flame.
  • Stir, cook for 5 more mins, do not close the lid. Add prepared green paste, turmeric powder, mix well.
  • Cook till it gets dry.
  • Healthy Delicious Sprouted Green Gram Green Masala Sabji is ready to have.
