Sev Tamatar Ki Sabji
Sev Tamatar ki Sabji, a delicious sabji recipe, chopped tomato and tomato puree cooked with spice powders and Sev.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sev/ Medium Besan Sev
- 3 medium Tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida / Hing
- 1 - 2 Green chilly chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi crushed
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
Instructions
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, asafoetida, saute.
- Add green chilly, onion.
- Saute.
- Add turmeric powder, chopped tomato, mix.
- Now add salt, saute.
- Close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
- Add tomato puree, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
- Mix.
- Close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame, oil floats on, stir.
- Add fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, garam masala powder, saute.
- Add water, mix well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and medium sev, mix.
- Close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame.
