Sardine Fish Deep Fry
Sardine Fish Deep Fry, Sardine fish marinated in egg, chilly powder, lemon juice, salt, rolled in rava/sooji, deep fry in hot oil.

Ingredients
- 12 Sardine Fish
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice/vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 - 2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Rava/Sooji
Instructions
- In a plate, add egg, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, mix well.
- Add cleaned Sardine fish, apply prepared egg-chilly paste well.
- Marinate this for minimum 1 hour.
- Roll marinated fish on rava/sooji.
- Deep fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 mins on high flame.
- Sardine Fish Deep Fry is ready to have.
