  • 12 Sardine Fish
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice/vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 - 2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Rava/Sooji


  • In a plate, add egg, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, mix well.
  • Add cleaned Sardine fish, apply prepared egg-chilly paste well.
  • Marinate this for minimum 1 hour.
  • Roll marinated fish on rava/sooji.
  • Deep fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 mins on high flame.
  • Sardine Fish Deep Fry is ready to have.
