Sabudana Khichadi
Sabudana Khichadi, a simple khichadi recipe, soaked sabudana mixed with a cumin-curry leaves tempering and crushed peanut.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana / Sago
- 1/2 cup Peanut roasted and crushed
- 2 tbsp Peanut
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 medium Potato
- 1 string Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida / Hing
- 2 Green chilly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
Instructions
- Soak sabudana overnight.
- In a pan add peanut.
- Roast it, grind it coarsely.
- In a pan add oil, add chopped potato.
- Saute till crispy.
- Add 2 tbsp of oil, add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chilly, peanut, turmeric powder.
- saute.
- Add sauted potatoes, mix.
- Add soaked sabudana.
- Mix well.
- Now add crushed peanut, pepper powder, salt, sugar. chaat masala powder.
- Stir Well.
- Add lemon juice, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Sabudana Khichadi is ready to have.
