Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick Poha
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Chana Dal / Putani
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chana dal
  • 1 tbsp Urad dal
  • 2 tbsp Peanut
  • 2 string Curry Leaves
  • 2 Green Chilly chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 big Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions

  • In a mixing jar add roasted chana dal.
  • Blend to fine powder, keep aside.
  • In a bowl add washed poha.
  • Add water, soak poha for 5 mins, squeeze out the water after 5 mins, keep poha aside.
  • In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts.
  • Saute.
  • Add curry leaves, green chilly, onion.
  • Saute.
  • Now add tomato, salt, turmeric powder.
  • Saute, cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add squeezed poha, switch off the flame.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add roasted chana dal powder.
  • Mix.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
