Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 medium Onion slices
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/3 cup Cashew paste
  • 1/3 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/3 cup Deseeded Tomato slices
  • 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Khova grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  • In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion slices.
  • Saute.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, saute.
  • Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder.
  • Saute.
  • Add cashew paste, curd.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add tomato puree.
  • Saute.
  • Add deseeded tomato slices, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, capsicum.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add salt.
  • Saute.
  • Add garam masala powder, cardamom powder.
  • Give a stir.
  • Add Paneer slices, saute.
  • Add grated khova, fresh cream.
  • Mix gently.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Delicious Reshmi Paneer is ready to have.
