Reshmi Paneer
Reshmi Paneer, a semi gravy, paneer slices and bell peppers cooked in cashew paste, curd, tomato purees and spice powders.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Onion slices
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/3 cup Cashew paste
- 1/3 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/3 cup Deseeded Tomato slices
- 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/3 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/3 cup Capsicum
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Khova grated
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion slices.
- Saute.
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute.
- Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder.
- Saute.
- Add cashew paste, curd.
- Mix well.
- Now add tomato puree.
- Saute.
- Add deseeded tomato slices, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, capsicum.
- Mix well.
- Now add salt.
- Saute.
- Add garam masala powder, cardamom powder.
- Give a stir.
- Add Paneer slices, saute.
- Add grated khova, fresh cream.
- Mix gently.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Delicious Reshmi Paneer is ready to have.
