Pudina/Mint Chutney
Pudina Chutney, a tangy-spicy chutney best combination with hot rice or chapati, stir fried pudina-coriander-green chilly blended with coconut-tamarind.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Pudina/mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 3 Green chilly
- 1/3 cup coconut chopped/grated
- 1/4 cup Roasted chana dal
- 1 Tamarind small lemon size
- 7 - 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- In a kadai add oil, add green chillies, stir for 30 sec on medium flame, add pudina and coriander leaves, saute for 2 mins. Switch off the flame and add roasted chana dal, give a stir.
- In a mixing jar add chopped coconut, garlic cloves, tamarind, cooked pudina-coriander-green chilly-roasted chana dal, salt and 2-3 tbsp of water.
- Grind it to coarse paste.
- Pudina/Mint Chutney ready to have.
