Poha/Aval/Avalakki Laddu
Poha/Aval/Avalakki Laddu, a sweet dish, laddu prepared by poha semolina.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 1 Cardamom
- 6 tbsp Ghee
- 10-15 Cashew
- 10-15 Raisins
Instructions
- In a kadai add poha.
- Roast it for 3-4 mins on medium flame, till crisp.
- Add roasted poha to a mixing jar.
- Grind and prepare semolina/rava.
- Now add cardamom and jaggery.
- Blend finely.
- In a kadai add 4 tbsp ghee, add cashew and raisins. Saute it for a min.
- Switch off the flame, and add poha-jaggery mixture, mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp of ghee, mix it well.
- Grease hands with ghee, prepare laddus.
- Crunchy Poha/Aval/Avalakki Laddu is ready to have.
