Peanut Chutney Powder, a simple dry powder of a blend of Roasted peanut, red chilly and garlic.

  • 1 cup Peanut
  • 6-7 Dry Red Chilly
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt


  • Dry roast the peanuts
  • Remove skins of the roasted peanuts. This step is optional.
  • In a mixing jar add dry red chillies, blend it to fine powder.
  • To the powdered chilly add peanuts and salt, grind it to fine powder. 
  • Now add garlic, grind it for 5 sec.
  • Spicy Peanut Chutney Powder ready to have.


  1. Do not grind too much as peanuts leaves oil, and powder becomes sticky. 
  2. Do not remove the garlic skin.
