- 1 cup Peanut
- 6-7 Dry Red Chilly
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt

Dry roast the peanuts
Remove skins of the roasted peanuts. This step is optional.
In a mixing jar add dry red chillies, blend it to fine powder.
To the powdered chilly add peanuts and salt, grind it to fine powder.
Now add garlic, grind it for 5 sec.
Spicy Peanut Chutney Powder ready to have.
- Do not grind too much as peanuts leaves oil, and powder becomes sticky.
- Do not remove the garlic skin.
