Palak Paneer Pulao / ಪಾಲಕ್ ಪನೀರ್ ಪುಲಾವ್ / पालक पनीर पुलाव
Palak Paneer Pulao , a rice dish, green coloured pulao, prepared rice, fried paneer, sauted palak paste.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer
- 2 cup Palak/Spinach
- 1 cup Rice
- 2+1 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 inch Ginger
- 6-7 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 3-4 Green Chilly
- 1+2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1 medium Tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp Mint Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a pan add oil, paneer pieces, fry till golden brown, keep aside.
- In a vessel add ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, green chilly, saute.
- Add palak, saute.
- Add coriander leaves, saute.
- In a mixing jar add sauted palak mixture, blend to fine paste.
- In a pressure cooker, add ghee, bay leaves, cumin seeds, chopped onion, saute till onion gets translucent.
- Add chopped tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves, saute.
- Add palak paste, mix it well.
- Now add salt. turmeric powder, garam masala powder, mix it well.
- Add water, stir.
- Now add rice, fried paneer, give a stir.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles.
- Simple Yet Delicious Palak Paneer Pulao is ready to have.
