Palak Egg Burji
Palak Egg Burji, a healthy recipe, eggs scrambled in palak and some spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Palak / Spinach chopped
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Instructions
- In a kadai, add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion, saute, cook till onion gets translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute.
- Now add chopped palak, cook for 2 min.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, stir well.
- Now add eggs, Mix well, cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
- Add pepper powder, stir well, cook till eggs are scrambled.
- Healthy Palak Egg Burji is ready to have.
