  • 1 cup Palak / Spinach chopped
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder


  • In a kadai, add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion, saute, cook till onion gets translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, saute.
  • Now add chopped palak, cook for 2 min.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, stir well.
  • Now add eggs, Mix well, cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  • Add pepper powder, stir well, cook till eggs are scrambled.
  • Healthy Palak Egg Burji is ready to have.
