Nylon Sev / Besan Sev, Thin crispy sev prepared by gram flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Gram Flour / Besan
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida / Hing
- 2 tbsp Hot Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a vessel add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, hing, hot oil, Mix well.
- Add water little by little.
- Prepare sticky dough.
- Grease sev maker.
- Add sticky dough into sev maker.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Press out thin strands, deep fry for 30 sec on both sides, on medium flame.
- Crispy Nylon Sev is ready to have.
