Mushroom Buds Masala Fry
Mushroom Buds Masala Fry, mushroom buds cooked in garam masala spice paste-pepper powder, and crunchiness of cashew powder.

Ingredients
For Marination:
- 2 cups Mushroom Buds
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/3 cup Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
Masala Paste :
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 10-12 Dry Red Chilly
Other Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 4-5 strings Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 cup Cashew Powder
Instructions
- In a vessel add washed and cleaned mushroom buds.
- Add lemon juice, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, onion juice, salt.
- Mix well, marinate this for minimum 1 hour.
- In a kadai add 2 tbsp of ghee, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, dry red chilly.
- Fry for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Add this to mixing jar, blend to coarse powder.
- Add water, grind it fine paste.
- To the same kadai, to the left over ghee, add 2 tbsp ghee, curry leaves.
- Now add marinated mushroom.
- Saute.
- Close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on high flame.
- Stir, add masala paste.
- Mix well.
- Cook till masala gets dry, stir in between.
- Add pepper powder.
- Mix, cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Switch off the flame, and add cashew powder.
- Mix well.
- Mushroom Buds Masala Fry is ready to have.
