Ingredients

  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • 4 tbsp Maida
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2 strings Curry Leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add maida, corn flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, pepper powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, vinegar, curd, ginger garlic paste.
  • Add water little by little, mix well.
  • Batter in pouring consistency.
  • Now add curry leaves, mushrooms.
  • Coat the batter well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Drop the mushrooms.
  • Deep fry till golden brown colour.
  • Crispy, Spicy, Delicious Mushroom 65 is ready to have.
