ಹೆಸರುಬೇಳೆ ದೋಸೆ / Moong Dal Dosa, a dosa verity, prepared by soaked moong dal batter.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dal / Hesaru Bele soaked
- 1/4 cup Rice soaked
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
Instructions
- Soak moong dal and rice overnight.
- In a mixing jar add soaked moong dal, soaked rice, water.
- Blend it fine paste.
- In a bowl add batter, salt, baking soda.
- Mix well, Dosa batter is ready.
- In a bowl add ghee, red chilly powder.
- Mix well.
- Heat a dosa pan, pour dosa batter, spread evenly in a circular shape.
- With the help of spoon spread ghee-red chilly mixture on dosa.
- Brush ghee-red chilly evenly on dosa.
- Cook till crispy, roll dosa, ಹೆಸರುಬೇಳೆ ದೋಸೆ / Moong Dal Dosa is ready to have.
