  • 1 cup Moong Dal / Hesaru Bele soaked
  • 1/4 cup Rice soaked
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder


  • Soak moong dal and rice overnight.
  • In a mixing jar add soaked moong dal, soaked rice, water.
  • Blend it fine paste.
  • In a bowl add batter, salt, baking soda.
  • Mix well, Dosa batter is ready.
  • In a bowl add ghee, red chilly powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Heat a dosa pan, pour dosa batter, spread evenly in a circular shape.
  • With the help of spoon spread ghee-red chilly mixture on dosa.
  • Brush ghee-red chilly evenly on dosa.
  • Cook till crispy, roll dosa, ಹೆಸರುಬೇಳೆ ದೋಸೆ / Moong Dal Dosa is ready to have.
