Moong Beans Dill Leaves Sabji / Hesaru Kaalu Sabbasige soppu palya, soaked moong beans cooked with dill leaves.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Moong beans soaked
- 1.5 cup Dill Leaves chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 strings Curry Leaves
- 2 Green chilly chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 small Tomato chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Coconut grated
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker add soaked moong beans, water.
- Close the lid and cook for 1-2 whistles.
- In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, onion.
- Saute, cook till translucent.
- Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder.
- Mix well, cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Add chopped dill leaves.
- Stir well.
- Close the lid and cook for 2--3 mins on medium flame.
- Add cooked moong beans, mix well, cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add grated coconut, give a stir.
