Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves / Pudina
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal / Putani
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • In a mixing jar add ginger, green chilly, cumin seeds, roasted chana dal, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mint, coriander leaves.
  • Grind it to coarse.
  • Add half cup of water.
  • Blend it fine paste.
  • Mint Chutney / Green Chutney for chaats is ready.
