Mavina Hannina Sasive / Ripe Mango Curry / Sugar-Baby Mango Curry, a sweet curry recipe, mango cooked in coconut-mustard-red chilly paste, and a mustard tempering.

Ingredients
For Masala Paste:
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 5-6 Dry Red Chilly
For Tempering :
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 1/4 tsp Methi Powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida / Hing
- 3-4 strings Curry Leaves
- 3-4 Dry Red Chilly
Other Ingredients :
- 10 Sugar-Baby Mangoes Ripe
- 2 tbsp Jaggery
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3 cups Water
Instructions
Masala Paste :
- In a mixing jar add coconut, mustard seeds, red chilly powder.
- Grind it coarse paste, add water.
- Blend it fine paste.
Curry Preparation :
- Wash and peel the mango skin. Squeeze the mangoes.
- In a kadai add squeezed mangoes, jaggery, water, bring it to boil.
- Add masala paste.
- Add salt, mix well. Cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
