  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese diced/grated
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Green chilly Deseeded and chopped


  • In a bowl add eggs.
  • Whisk the eggs till frothy.
  • Now add pepper powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt.
  • Mix well.
  • In a pan add butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture, spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle on onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves, cheese, cook for 1 min on low flame.
  • Gently lift and fold 1/3 of the omelette.
  • Cook for 30 secs, again fold the omelette from the same side.
  • Flip and cook for 1 more min.
  • Delicious Masala Cheese Omelette is ready to have.
