Masala Cheese Omelette
Masala Cheese Omelette, egg omelette verity, prepared by stuffing cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese diced/grated
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Green chilly Deseeded and chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl add eggs.
- Whisk the eggs till frothy.
- Now add pepper powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt.
- Mix well.
- In a pan add butter.
- Pour the egg mixture, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle on onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves, cheese, cook for 1 min on low flame.
- Gently lift and fold 1/3 of the omelette.
- Cook for 30 secs, again fold the omelette from the same side.
- Flip and cook for 1 more min.
- Delicious Masala Cheese Omelette is ready to have.
