Mango Shrikhand / Amrakhand
Mango Shrikhand / Amrakhand, a mango delight, prepared by the blend of mango and hung curd.

Ingredients
- 2 Alphonso Mango
- 1 litre Curd
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 3-4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 4-5 Pistachio
Instructions
- In a muslin cloth, add curd.
- Hung for 3-4 hours.
- In a mixing jar add chopped mangoes.
- Blend it puree.
- In a bowl add hung curd.
- Beat well.
- Add cardamom powder, powdered sugar.
- Mix well.
- Now add mango puree.
- Whisk well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, garnish with some chopped mango and pistachio.
- Delightful Mango Shrikhand / Amrakhand is ready to have.
