  • 2 Alphonso Mango
  • 1 litre Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 3-4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 4-5 Pistachio


  • In a muslin cloth, add curd.
  • Hung for 3-4 hours.
  • In a mixing jar add chopped mangoes.
  • Blend it puree.
  • In a bowl add hung curd.
  • Beat well.
  • Add cardamom powder, powdered sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add mango puree.
  • Whisk well.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, garnish with some chopped mango and pistachio.
  • Delightful Mango Shrikhand / Amrakhand is ready to have.
