Mango Lassi / ಮಾವಿನಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಲಸ್ಸಿ / आम लस्सी, a yogurt based drink recipe, prepared by a blend of mango pulp, curd, sugar, milk and cardamom powder.

  • 2 cup Mango Pulp
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/3 cup Sugar / Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

For Garnishing :

  • 2-3 Pista
  • 3-4 strands Saffron


  • In a mixing jar add mango pulp, curd, powdered sugar/sugar, milk, cardamom powder.
  • Blend well.
  • Transfer to a serving glass, garnish with chopped pista, some saffron strands.
  • Delicious Mango Lassi is ready to have.
