Mango Kheer, cooked vermicelli-milk-sugar, blended with mango puree.

  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 3-4 Almonds
  • 4-5 Pistachio


  • In a vessel add ghee, add vermicelli.
  • Roast it for 3-4 mins in medium flame.
  • Add milk.
  • Cook in high flame till it reduces to half, keep stirring in between.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder.
  • Stir, cook for 2 more mins.
  • Switch off the flame, let it cool down completely.
  • Add mango puree.
  • Mix well.
  • Garnish with pistachio, almond, mango and a pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Delightful Mango Kheer is ready to have.
