Ladies Finger / Bendekayi Chutney
Ladies Finger / Bendekayi Chutney, shallow fried ladies finger blend with green chilly, garlic and tamarind.

Ingredients
- 9 - 10 Ladies Finger / Bendekayi
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 string Curry Leaves
- 2 - 3 Green Chilly
- 6 - 7 small Garlic
- 10 Pepper corns
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Tamarind
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a pan add oil, curry leaves, green chilly, garlic, pepper corns, cumin seeds.
- Saute.
- Now add tamarind, coriander leaves.
- Saute for 2 min on medium flame.
- Keep aside.
- To the same pan, add chopped ladies finger.
- Saute it for 5 mins on medium flame till light brown.
- In a mixing jar add these fried ladies finger, spices, and salt.
- Blend it without adding water.
- Ladies Finger / Bendekayi Chutney is ready to have.
