Kadai Mushroom
Kadai mushroom recipe, Mushroom cooked in a blend of dry spices powder, with a flavour of capsicum.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Mushroom
- 2 big Tomatoes
- 1 big Onion
- 1 small Capsicum
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
Kadai Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 4-5 Kashmiri Red Chilly
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon
- 1 Green cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- 5-6 Black pepper corns
- 1 strand Mace
Instructions
- Dry roast all the dry spices in kadai masala powder ingredients group, cool down, blend it to fine powder.
- Chop the tomatoes, blend it to puree, keep aside.
- In a kadai add 1 tbsp oil, add roughly chopped mushroom, fry for 2 to 3 mins. keep aside.
- Add capsicum cubes in the same kadai, fry for 2 mins, keep aside.
- In a kadai add 1 tbsp oil, add finely chopped onion, fry for 2 mins, now add ginger garlic paste, fry for another 2 mins. Add tomato puree, give a stir, close the lid and cook for 3 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, prepared kadai masala powder, mix well. add 1/2 cup of water, and salt, bring it to boil.
- Now add fried mushroom and capsicum, close the lid and cook for 3 mins.
- Add fresh cream , give a stir. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Kadai mushroom ready to have.
