Instant Dosa / ದಿಡೀರ್ ದೋಸೆ
Instant Dosa / ದಿಡೀರ್ ದೋಸೆ, an instant dosa recipe, prepared by the batter of poha, semolina and rice flour.

Ingredients
For Dosa :
- 1/2 cup Poha thin/thick
- 1/4 cup Rava/Semolina
- 1/3 cup Curd
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cooking Soda
- 2 tbsp Oil
For Chutney :
- 1/2 cup Fresh Coconut grated
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1/4 inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Fried Bengal Gram
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 2 strings Curry Leaves
Instructions
Chutney Preparation :
- In a mixing jar add grated coconut, green chilly, ginger, salt, fried Bengal gram, water.
- Blend it.
- Heat a tadka pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves.
- Add this tempering to blended chutney, coconut chutney is ready to have.
Dosa Preparation :
- In a bowl add poha, water, wash well.
- To washed poha, add rava, curd, 1/2 cup water, mix well,
- soak it for 10 mins.
- In a mixing jar add rice flour, soaked poha-semolina mixture, 1 cup water, salt, cooking soda, blend it well.
- Dosa batter is ready.
- Heat a dosa pan, pour the batter, spread evenly using the ladle.
- Sprinkle some oil,
- close the lid and cook for a min.
- Flip the dosa, cook for 30 sec more.
- Instant Sponge Dosa is ready to have with Coconut Chutney.
