Gobi Manchurian Rice
Gobi Manchurian Rice, a rice verity, cooked rice is mixed with prepared gobi manchurian, garnished with coriander leaves.

Ingredients
- 4 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 big Cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1.5 tbsp Maida / All purpose flour
- 1+1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Red Food Colour
- Oil For frying
- 2 big Onion Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 2 Green Chilly slits
- 1/3 cup Spring Onion chopped
- 4 - 5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilly Sauce
- 1/4 cup+2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
Instructions
- Cut and soak the gobi in warm water and salt for 15 mins.
- In a vessel add washed gobi, corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, chilly powder, red food colour.
- Mix well.
- In a kadai heat the oil.
- Deep fry the flour mixed gobi florets, till crispy. Keep aside.
- In a pan add 4 tbsp oil, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, chopped onion, green chilly slits.
- Saute.
- Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce.
- Mix well.
- Add water, stir, bring it to boil.
- Corn water : In a bowl, 1 tsp add corn flour, 2 tbsp of water, mix well.
- Add corn water, mix well.
- Add 1/4 tsp salt, Stir.
- Now add 1/3 cup chopped spring onion.
- Mix it.
- Add fried gobi florets.
- Mix well. Gobi Manchurian is ready.
- Now add cooked rice to it.
- Mix it well.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Gobi Manchurian Rice is ready to have.
