Fried Poha Chivda / ದಪ್ಪ ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ ಚಿವ್ಡಾ / तला हुआ पोहा चिवड़ा , is a crunchy snack, A crunchy mixture of deep fried poha, bengal gram dal, peanuts, copra and curry leaves is seasoned with salt and red chilli powder.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Poha
- 1/4 cup Fried Bengal Gram
- 1/3 cup Peanut
- 1/3 cup Copra
- 2 strings Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add poha batch by batch, deep fry.
- It takes 5-10 secs to get fried.
- Now deep fry the Bengal gram dal.
- Deep fry peanuts.
- Deep fry copra slices.
- Deep fry curry leaves.
- In a plate add fried poha, fried Bengal gram, fried peanut, fried copra, fried curry leaves.
- Sprinkle salt and red chilly powder.
- Mix gently.
- Crunchy Fried Poha Chivda is ready to have.
