Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick Poha
  • 1/4 cup Fried Bengal Gram
  • 1/3 cup Peanut
  • 1/3 cup Copra
  • 2 strings Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add poha batch by batch, deep fry.
  • It takes 5-10 secs to get fried.
  • Now deep fry the Bengal gram dal.
  • Deep fry peanuts.
  • Deep fry copra slices.
  • Deep fry curry leaves.
  • In a plate add fried poha, fried Bengal gram, fried peanut, fried copra, fried curry leaves.
  • Sprinkle salt and red chilly powder.
  • Mix gently.
  • Crunchy Fried Poha Chivda is ready to have.
