  • 6 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3 Onion
  • 4 Green chilly
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Cashew
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt


  • Green paste: 
    In a mixing jar add ginger garlic paste, cashew, green chilly, chopped onion, coriander leaves, blend it to fine paste by adding little water. 
  • In a kadai add oil, add green paste, cook for 2 mins.
  • Add milk, give a stir, add garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt, cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Cut eggs into two halves. 
  • Add halved eggs to gravy, add pepper powder, cook for another 2 mins.
  • Lastly add fresh cream, give a stir, close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame. 
  • Egg malai masala ready to have.
