Egg Malai Masala
Egg Malai Masala , a creamy delicious, rich thick egg gravy recipe.

Ingredients
- 6 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 3 Onion
- 4 Green chilly
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Cashew
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Green paste: In a mixing jar add ginger garlic paste, cashew, green chilly, chopped onion, coriander leaves, blend it to fine paste by adding little water.
- In a kadai add oil, add green paste, cook for 2 mins.
- Add milk, give a stir, add garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt, cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- Cut eggs into two halves.
- Add halved eggs to gravy, add pepper powder, cook for another 2 mins.
- Lastly add fresh cream, give a stir, close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Egg malai masala ready to have.
