Dry Fish Sabji / ಒಣ ಮೀನಿನ ಪಲ್ಯ
Dry Fish Sabji / ಒಣ ಮೀನಿನ ಪಲ್ಯ, a side dish, cleaned and soaked dry fish cooked in tomato-onion tempering and spice powders.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Dry Fish
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 strings Curry Leaves
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Coconut grated
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Dry Fish.
- Clean the dry fishes.
- Transfer to a bowl, add water, soak the fishes for 10 mins.
- Heat a kadai, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, ginger garlic paste, saute.
- Add tomato, saute.
- Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, mix it well.
- Add soaked dry fish, water.
- Close the lid and cook for 5 mins.
- Lastly add grated fresh coconut, give a stir.
- Simple Yet Delicious Dry fish Sabji is ready to have.
