Clams / Marwai / Chippe Kallu Sukka
Clams / Marwai / Chippe Kallu sukka, clams is cooked in spice powders with a tempering of onion, tomato, garnished with coriander and grated coconut.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Clams/Marwai/chippe kallu
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4-5 strings Curry Leaves
- 2 small Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 medium Tomato chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp Chilly Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Chicken masala powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Grated Coconut
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves chopped
Instructions
- In a pan add oil, curry leaves, onion.
- Saute.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomato.
- Saute.
- Now add cleaned clams/marwai/chippe kallu.
- Mix well.
- Close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder.
- Mix well.
- Now add salt.
- Stir well. Close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Finally add grated coconut and coriander leaves.
- Mix well.
- Clams/Marwai/Chippe Kallu sukka is ready to have.
