Ingredients

  • 500 gm Clams/Marwai/chippe kallu
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 4-5 strings Curry Leaves
  • 2 small Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 medium Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp Chilly Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Chicken masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions

  • In a pan add oil, curry leaves, onion.
  • Saute.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, tomato.
  • Saute.
  • Now add cleaned clams/marwai/chippe kallu.
  • Mix well.
  • Close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add salt.
  • Stir well. Close the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
  • Finally add grated coconut and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well.
  • Clams/Marwai/Chippe Kallu sukka is ready to have.
