Chickpeas Dosa / ಕಡಲೆಕಾಳು ದೋಸೆ / छोले डोसा, a high protein breakfast recipe, prepared by a blend of soaked chickpeas and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpeas soaked
- 1/4 cup Rice soaked
- 2 tbsp Coconut
- 1/4 inch Ginger
- 4 Green Chilly
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Asafoetida/hing
- 2 strings Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- In a mixing jar add soaked chickpeas, soaked rice, coconut, ginger, asafoetida, green chilly, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt and water.
- Blend it to fine paste.
- Transfer to a bowl, add water according to batter consistency.
- Heat a dosa tawa.
- Pour the batter.
- Spread using ladle.
- Sprinkle some oil.
- Cook for a min.
- Flip the dosa.
- Cook for 1 more min on other side.
