Chicken Malai Tikka
Chicken Malai Tikka, mouthwatering juicy tender grilled chicken, marinated in curd, cashew paste, sauted in fresh cream and butter.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken boneless
- 3/4 cup Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Chat masala powder
- 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chilly
- 12 Cashew
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Add coriander leaves, green chillies and cashews in a mixing jar , grind it to fine paste , by adding 1 tbsp water if required.
- In a bowl add chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chat masala, salt, lemon juice, coriander-green chillies-cashew paste, half butter, mix well, marinate for 30 mins.
- In a pan add oil, add marinated chicken, cook on medium flame for 5 min by closing lid, later cook on high flame till chicken gets dry, without closing lid.
- On a grill net grill cooked chicken pieces.
- In a pan add fresh cream, butter, remaining black pepper powder and chat masala, mix well, add grilled chicken, mix well, Saute for a min.
