  • 500 gm Chicken boneless
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chat masala powder
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 12 Cashew
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil


  • Add coriander leaves, green chillies and cashews in a mixing jar , grind it to fine paste , by adding 1 tbsp water if required.
  • In a bowl add chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chat masala, salt, lemon juice, coriander-green chillies-cashew paste, half butter, mix well, marinate for 30 mins.
  • In a pan add oil, add marinated chicken, cook on medium flame for 5 min by closing lid, later cook on high flame till chicken gets dry, without closing lid.
  • On a grill net grill cooked chicken pieces.
  • In a pan add fresh cream, butter, remaining black pepper powder and chat masala, mix well, add grilled chicken, mix well, Saute for a min.
