Chicken Kebab
Chicken kebab, juicy, tender, aromatic, deep fried spicy marinated chicken.

Ingredients
1st Marination:
- 500 gm Chicken
- 1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
2nd Marination:
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Chicken masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Red food colour Optional
- 4 tbsp Corn flour
- 3 strings Curry leaves
Instructions
- 1st Marination: In a bowl add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, curd, mix well. Marinate this for 30 mins.
- 2nd Marination: Add egg, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala powder, red food colour, corn flour and curry leaves to 1st marinated chicken mixture. Mix well, refrigerate this for minimum 2 hours.
- In a kadai add oil, deep fry marinated chicken.
