Chicken Green Masala
Chicken Green Masala, chicken cooked in green paste blend of coriander-green chilly.

Ingredients
- 750 gm Chicken
- 1.5 inch Ginger
- 10-12 cloves Garlic small
- 4-5 Green Chilly
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 2 big Onion chopped
- 2 big Tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Green Masala Paste :
- In a mixing jar add ginger, garlic, green chilly, coriander leaves.
- Blend it fine paste, do not add water.
Preparing Chicken Green Masala :
- In a kadai add oil, onion.
- Saute, cook till onion gets translucent.
- Now add tomatoes.
- Saute, cook till tomatoes gets soft.
- Add chicken, salt.
- Mix, close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on medium flame.
- Now add prepared green masala paste.
- Mix well, close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on medium flame.
- Add garam masala powder.
- Stir well, cook for 2-3 mins on high flame.
- Spicy Chicken Green Masala is ready to have.
