Chicken 65
Chicken 65, a chicken starter recipe, spicy marinated chicken cooked and tempered in curry leaves-curd mixture.

Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
- 1/2 kg Chicken Boneless
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Red Food Colour
For Gravy
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 4-5 strings Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder
- 4 Green chilly Slit
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Oil
Instructions
For Chicken Marination :
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients mentioned in chicken marination, mix well, marinate for 1 hour.
- In a pan add 4tbsp oil, add marinated chicken, stir fry, cook for 10 mins till chicken is tender. Keep aside.
For Gravy :
- In the same pan add 1tbsp oil, add curry leaves, green chilly, stir.
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute,
- Now add Curd, salt, cumin powder and tandoori chicken masala powder, stir well, saute for 2 to 3 mins, on medium flame.
- Add cooked chicken to curd mixture for 5 mins on medium flame, keep stirring.
- Chicken 65 ready to have.
