Chettinadu Fried Chicken
Chettinadu Fried Chicken, chicken marinated in spicy grinded masala, a spicy, shallow fried chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken 4 big pieces
- 1 Onion
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 Green chilly
- 4 - 5 Dry Chilly
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Saunf
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 strings Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl add chicken, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, mix well, marinate for 15mins.
- Red paste: In a mixing jar add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, red chilly, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds, black pepper, saunf, curry leaves, blend to fine paste.
- To the marinated chicken add grind red paste, mix well, marinate this for min 1 hour.
- In a kadai add oil, add marinated chicken pieces, shallow fry till the chicken gets cooked and dry.
- Chettinadu Fried Chicken is ready to have.
