ಚಕ್ರಮುನಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಪಲ್ಯ / Star Gooseberry/Sweet Leaf Sabji, chopped chakramuni leaves cooked in mustard-curry leaves-green chilly-onion tempering, garnished with grated fresh coconut.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Chakramuni Leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 string Curry Leaves
- 2-3 Green chilly slit
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Fresh coconut grated
Instructions
- ಚಕ್ರಮುನಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು / Star Gooseberry/Sweet Leaf.
- Finely chop the leaves.
- In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, as it starts to splutter, add curry leaves, green chilly, onion, saute.
- Add chopped leaves, mix well, close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
- Add salt, stir well, close the lid and cook for 2 more mins on medium flame.
- Lastly add grated fresh coconut, give a stir.
