Ingredients

  • 2 cup Chakramuni Leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 string Curry Leaves
  • 2-3 Green chilly slit
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Fresh coconut grated

Instructions

  • ಚಕ್ರಮುನಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು / Star Gooseberry/Sweet Leaf.
  • Finely chop the leaves.
  • In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, as it starts to splutter, add curry leaves, green chilly, onion, saute.
  • Add chopped leaves, mix well, close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
  • Add salt, stir well, close the lid and cook for 2 more mins on medium flame.
  • Lastly add grated fresh coconut, give a stir.
