Bread Omelette is a dish made from beaten eggs fried in a frying pan without stirring. The omelette to be folded around bread slices.
- 6 Egg
- 6 Bread Slices Wheat bread/Milk bread
- 1 Tomato big
- 1 Onion big
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil/Butter
- In a bowl add salt, chilly powder, finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, add eggs, beat the mixture well.
- Heat a frying pan, roast the bread slices 30 sec each sides.
- In a frying pan grease oil, pour omelette mixture, place bread slice on egg mixture, flip the bread slice, fold the omelette around the bread slices. cook for 30 sec, flip the omelette, cook for another 30 sec.
- Bread Omelette is ready to have.
