Banana Cake
Banana Cake, a cake verity, banana-milk puree blended with all purpose flour , steamed.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Banana
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tbsp Choco Chips
Instructions
- In a siever, add maida, baking soda, baking powder.
- Sieve, keep aside.
- Chop bananas.
- In a mixing jar add chopped bananas, milk, sugar, oil, butter, cinnamon powder, salt.
- Blend well.
- Add sieved all purpose flour mixture.
- Blend well.
- Grease oil and dust flour the cake mould.
- Add blended cake batter to cake mould, add choco chips, mix using toothpick.
- Pre heat kadai, place cake mould to pre heated kadai.
- Close the lid and cook for 40-45 mins on low flame.
- Let it cool down.
- Clear the sides of the cake mould using knife.
- Soft Moist Yummy Banana Cake is ready to have.
