Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 Banana ripped
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cooking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 cup Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a vessel add bananas.
  • Smash it.
  • Add Sugar, mix well.
  • Now add cooking soda, salt, cumin seeds, curd.
  • Mix well.
  • Add ghee, mix it.
  • Add wheat flour.
  • Prepare dough.
  • keep aside for 15 mins.
  • prepare small balls.
  • Roll small and thick puris.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Deep oil fry puris, till golden colour.
  • Sweet Banana Buns is ready to have.
